- Volunteers and users who hang out there meet, make friends, and think of ways to spend time together.
- At Tamari-ba Palette (Palette Hang-out), people spend an enjoyable time there playing games, chatting, cooking,
and going out together.

Cherry-blossom viewing, Chinese noodle eating tour, cooking class, parties and karaoke, amusement parks, walking, games, chatting, etc.
 Overnight trips

These are the most popular programs every year. You can feel like a family, staying overnight together.
 Palette Welfare Bazaar (mid-October)
Large-scale bazaar once a year. More than 100 volunteers cooperate.
A fundraising activity crucial for the activities of Tamari-ba Palette (Palette Hang-out).
 Club activities (all year)
Volunteers who want to participate in a baseball fun club, foreign language learning club, and other such activities, plan and execute these activities. Anybody can join.
