Okashi-ya Palette (Palette Confectionery) and Restaurant •Bar Palette support people with disabilities so that they can participate in social activities. At present, although productivity and profit are increasing, our main purpose is help people with disabilities gain enough income that they are able to live independently in the future. We make an effort in our management to achieve that purpose, such as improving, developing, and expanding sales channels for the goods.

Okashi-ya Palette (Palette Confectionery) was opened as a sheltered workshop in Spring 1985, in Ebisu, Tokyo, in order to achieve the social participation and independence of people with disabilities. Currently it is producing and selling hand-made cookies and pound cake. In addition, we provide job assistance to individuals with disabilities who would like to get jobs at other companies.
